Kick off the season the right way with our Spring Training experience—an energetic, athlete-focused event designed to bring players, families, coaches, and staff together from day one.

We begin with a mandatory, yet relaxed and welcoming meeting where everyone gets on the same page. This is your opportunity to meet and hear from the founder, support staff, and the coaching staff. You’ll gain insight into the reasons why United Baseball Organization was founded as well as learn how our passion to help players ADVANCE has grown into what UBO is today! While attendance is required, the atmosphere is intentionally informal—creating space for open conversation, questions, and a strong sense of community from the start.

Parents will have the chance to connect with other families and gain a clear understanding of the goals, expectations, and opportunities ahead during our Parent Advancement Courses, while athletes move into a comprehensive skills evaluation session where performance data is carefully collected across key areas of the game. This data-driven approach allows our coaching staff to gain real insight into each player’s strengths, areas for growth, and overall potential. The information gathered becomes a powerful tool—helping coaches tailor instruction, track development, and guide each athlete on a personalized path toward advancement.

Finally, we round out Spring Training with head to head competition. Teams will play XYZ games against fellow United teams at various locations surrounding MGCCC. Athletes will get a chance to fine tune their skills, with real time feedback from our experience coaching staff, in preparation for the summer season.
